Having a work-life balance means being able to have a healthy balance between focusing on your work life and personal life. For many, work-life balance is defined as having equal time for both personal and professional activities without having to sacrifice another aspect of your life. Maintaining a work-life balance is crucial for employee satisfaction and preventing burnout.

Why is work-life balance important? 


Without a healthy work-life balance, burnout is inevitable and can have negative consequences for employees and employers. Being overworked can manifest itself in many ways, such as excessive stress, fatigue, decline in productivity, and more.
